Refund Policy

You can generate and read the opening of every document before paying a cent — we want you to know exactly what you’re buying. If it still isn’t right, here’s our policy:

One-time purchase ($79)

Full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. Email hello@apprush.iofrom your account email; refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.

Monthly subscription ($29/month)

Cancel anytime from your account page — you keep access until the end of the paid month, and no further charges occur. If you were charged in error (for example, you cancelled but were still billed), email us and we’ll refund that charge.

The spirit of this policy

We’d rather refund quickly than have a clinician feel stuck with something that didn’t fit their practice. If something didn’t work — a document missed the mark, a technical issue got in the way — tell us; we usually fix it same-day, and refund you either way if you prefer.
