PracticeKit (“the Service”) is operated by AppRush (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms.
PracticeKit generates editable practice-paperwork documents for clinicians from a questionnaire you complete. Generating and previewing documents is free; full access to documents, export, and regeneration requires a paid purchase.
PracticeKit is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Generated documents are editable starting points, not legal instruments. Requirements vary by state, license, and situation. You are responsible for reviewing every document, completing every bracketed placeholder, verifying every flagged point against your state’s rules, and exercising your own professional judgment — including consulting an attorney where appropriate — before using any document in your practice. Your use of a generated document is your decision and your responsibility.
You need an account to generate documents. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one clinician or practice — please don’t share access or resell generated output as templates.
Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details. Prices may change for future purchases, never retroactively. See our refund policy.
Don’t use the Service to generate documents for unlawful purposes, don’t attempt to bypass access controls or free-tier limits, and don’t enter information about your clients into the questionnaire — it only needs information about your practice.
Documents generated from your answers are yours to use, edit, and distribute within your own practice without restriction. We claim no ownership over them.
The Service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, and our total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for outcomes arising from the use of generated documents in your practice.
You may delete your account at any time by emailing us. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
